Abstract
To determine the difference of reduction in lactic acid of blood in the course of time 1) when appling the transcutaneous electrical nerver stimulation (TENS) during recovery after anaerobic exercise, 2) when appling treadmill during recovery after anaerobic exercise, 3) while taking a rest during recovery after anaerobic exercise. Consist of 15 men who are divided into three groups such as group 1 (n=5) for the TENS, group 2 (n=5) for the treadmill exercise and group 3 (n=5) for rest. The object of this study consist of healthy 15 people of men who are divided in 5 people of men into 3 groups who is experiment could affect with drugs or no lesions of musculoskeletal when applying the TENS, the treadmill exercise, the rest during recovery after anaerobic exercise the change of the lactic acid as follows. 1) There was reduction in lactic acid consistency when applying the TENS during recovery after anaerobic exercise. And significant differences were shown from immediately after exercise to at 15 (p<0.001) and from 15 min to 25 min (p<0.01) during recovery. 2) There was reduction in lactic acid consistency when appling the treadmill exercise during recovery after anaerobic exercise. And significant differences were shown from immediately after exercise to at 15 (p<0.01) and from 15 min to 25 min (p<0.01) during recovery. 3) There was reduction in lactic acid consistency when appling the rest during recovery after anaerobic exercise. Multiple comparison results, no significant differences were shown from immediately after exercise to at 15 and from 15 min to 25 min during recovery. Aerobic exercise indicate that largest recovery rates of blood lactate concentratin.
